Application
Prep:
Exfoliate the skin the day before tanning to remove any dry patches and create a smooth base. If you’re removing old tan first, use Sahara Tan Remover and the Sahara Exfoliating Mitt to help lift any uneven colour.
Apply:
Apply evenly using the Sahara Velvet Tanning Mitt, blending carefully around drier areas such as elbows, knees, ankles and hands to avoid build-up.
Develop:
Allow the tan to develop for up to 2 hours for full results.

Prolong:

Application
Prep:
For best results, exfoliate the skin the day before tanning. Use Sahara Tan Remover and Sahara Exfoliating Mitt to remove any old or uneven tan, paying extra attention to drier areas such as elbows, knees and ankles.

My Sahara Self Tan develops on the skin within 2-8 hours. The longer you leave it on, the deeper the colour will be. While your tan is developing, it’s best to avoid sweating or getting wet, as this can interfere with the results.
After your chosen development time, simply shower off the guide colour and gently pat the skin dry. Skip harsh soaps or exfoliants at this stage, as they may strip away the tan. To maintain an even, natural looking glow, moisturise daily using our Gradual Tan Moisturiser – hydrated skin will hold the tan far better and give longer lasting results.
